Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course
The Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is an 8-week experiential course which was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the late 1970s.
Our Founder and Instructor, Leïla Parmentier Emmanuel, is a Qualified MBSR teacher trained with UCSD Center for Mindfulness.

Customized Mindfulness Workshops & Programs
We facilitate customized Mindfulness-based Workshops and Programs based on your needs. Sessions can be delivered on-site or online.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
Short Introductory Workshops: Managing Stress in the Workplace; Introduction to Mindfulness; Mindfulness Taster (typically 60 to 90 min).
Workshop Series: developed around a specific theme based on intended learning outcome—e.g. Mindful Communication, Burnout Prevention, etc. (number of sessions & duration customized based on request).
Workplace Mindfulness Program: specifically designed for the needs of leaders, managers and employees (typically 6 weekly sessions of 60-90mins, can be customized).
